Implementation of FDMMC Primary Care Clinic

On December 20, 2024, 𝗙𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗙𝗗𝗠𝗠𝗖) under the leadership of Ms. Roselle Marie D. Azucena (Chief Operating Officer) and Dr. Jennie Wong (Medical Director) convened with the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 - LHIO QC) and 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰., to finalize the implementation of 𝗙𝗗𝗠𝗠𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰, an accredited PhilHealth Konsulta provider. 
The 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮 (𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗦𝘂𝗹𝗧𝗮) program aims to improve healthcare delivery by ensuring that individual receive comprehensive consultations and necessary primary care services, particularly for those who may face barriers to accessing care. 
This highlights the commitment of 𝗙𝗗𝗠𝗠𝗖 to uphold equitable healthcare access and to continue its legacy of caring for families in need.
