FDMMC Patient Portal Soft Launch

On June 4, 2026, we commenced the soft launch of our Patient Portal. This digital tool serves as a new gateway, allowing you to easily check your health updates and diagnostic results online without needing to visit the hospital.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Ms. Roselle Marie D.
