In support of World Tuberculosis Day, FDMMC held a culminating activity yesterday, March 6, 2024, with an insightful lecture entitled ‘𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐁 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬’ by our Pediatric Pulmonologist Dr. Fredesvinda Neri. Tuberculosis, a disease with a long history, remains a significant health concern and continues to challenge communities worldwide.
After the lecture, a ceremonial signing of FDMMC's Pledge of Commitment to End Tuberculosis was conducted by the doctors, nurses, and employees together with the following esteemed medical professionals: from 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, represented by Dr. Belen Santiago (President), Dr. Carmen B. Ramos (Secretary) and Dr. Cecille M.
